Chairman and President
A graduate of Harvard University and the University of California, Berkeley, Dr. Harris advocates passionately for global management, healthcare research and strategic policy development. With decades of service in government, including The White House, and private enterprises, his extensive work transcends national boundaries, with research projects and lectures conducted in over 160 countries and territories.
Dr. Harris embodies the spirit of inquiry and innovation in all his endeavors. He continually explores new frontiers in global competitiveness, entrepreneurship and dynamic innovation, leaving a lasting legacy in many areas.
Director and Vice President
LIN Haoxing serves as Vice President and Director of The Harry G. Harris Foundation, where he drives the organization's mission of enhancing community wellbeing through strategic resource allocation. His leadership focuses on identifying and supporting innovative projects that create meaningful social impact, particularly at the intersection of technology, education and social development.
Currently completing his Ph.D. in Computer Sciences and Cryptography at the National University of Singapore, Mr. Lin brings a strong academic and research background to his Foundation role. He represents a new generation of technological leaders committed to applying advanced knowledge to address social challenges and drive positive change in communities.
Director and Secretary/Treasurer
For more than 30 years, Mr. Weltmann has provided accounting guidance to individuals and businesses, including tax management, financial statements and business consulting. His previous experience includes many years working at senior and executive levels of public and private accounting.
Mr. Weltmann lives in Bend, Oregon, where he enjoys hiking and cycling and serves on the boards of a local nonprofit and a private foundation.
Director
Ioannis T. Charalampopoulos is a cultural arts professional based in Kifissia, Attiki, Greece, with extensive experience in organizing and coordinating contemporary art events. Mr. Charalampopoulos is actively involved with the Dreamteam organization and their annual Art Awards program, specializing in cultural event management, art exhibition coordination and promoting Greek heritage through museum partnerships and cultural initiatives. His work focuses on bridging contemporary artistic expression with Greek historical and cultural preservation efforts.
